SPICE - Is it hot enough???
FLAVOR - Does the spice kill the flavor or the meat? Does it still have flavor???
CRUNCH - Is it crispy???
MOIST - Is the meat still moist? Does the crunch absorb the moisture???
SIZE - Is it big enough :)? Does the size accommodate the flavor???
When we review them I'll give 10 points for each catagory. We'll see how it works!!
