Wow! A unique wing; not only did we get a WHOLE wing but alao a sauceless wing.
Spice - 3 (spicy, but not hot :( )
Flavor - 4 (meat very flavorful, no outside flavor)
Crunch - 8 (VERY crunchy just about perfect)
Moist - 4.5 (meat moist, outside like a desert)
Size - 9 (great! I had to sepparate my own wing (that's great)
If you want a one of a kind wing try this one.

Celestino's Pizza (Chico, CA)
A small new york pizza place thats got some great wings. :)
Spice - 9 (great, really spicy, but not over kill, really consistent)
Flavor - 6 (good, but not great)
Crunch - 4 (barely if any crunch)
Moist - 5 (moist, but almost too moist)
Size - 8 (great size just about perfect)
They're good but not as good as last nights.

Bella's Sports Pub (Chico, CA)
Last night we went to this really small sports bar in downtown Chico, CA. When we got there and asked about their wings, they said 'we have the best in Chico!' In short they lived up to their claim; rating is below.
Spice - 7 (They could've been hotter)
Flavor - 8 (It was good, better than the spice)
Crunch - 9 (AMAZING, not thick, but crunchy)
Moist - 9 (Super moist, all sauced over)
Size - 7 (They were a little too big for the flavor)

CRUNCH - Is it crispy???
MOIST - Is the meat still moist? Does the crunch absorb the moisture???
SIZE - Is it big enough :)? Does the size accommodate the flavor???
When we review them I'll give 10 points for each catagory. We'll see how it works!!

Our Quest!
Me and my dad have always been hot wing fanatics, and my mom and I have always been travel bugs... So we decided to bring them together! No matter where we go, whether a new restuant, new state, or new country, we try the hot wings.
I started my first blog a month ago, and I decided to tell you about the hot wings my family and I get to try, which ones are the best and the hottest! Hopefully we'll try them in enough places for you to be able to try them no matter where you are.
